Our Rental Assistance Program is designed to help avoid an eviction. We do not provide housing or help with deposits.
Criteria for our Eviction Prevention Program- Have an eviction notice
- Lived there for a minimum of 3 months
- Have a legal lease
- Reside in Muscogee, Lee or Russell Counties
Please note:
Assistance is limited to one month’s rent. Unfortunately, the need outweighs the amount of money available so not everyone can be helped. Clients are required to take a budgeting class (online or in person) and provide documents.
