MINISTRY LEADER: MARTHA CRANSTON 706-536-0414
“Your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit…therefore, glorify God in your body.” (1Corinthians 3:16; 19-20)
Each Tuesday and Thursday at 5:30 p.m. on the stage in Visitation Hall, we practice this all-inclusive exercise program of aerobic, strength, stability, flexibility and balance. A time of prayer begins the class and ends with relaxed meditation as we quiet ourselves and tune out the world and tune into God. If you want to become not only physically healthy but spiritually healthy than come join us. You will need a mat, blocks, blanket and a strap.
